Denaria, cooperative bank supporting small and medium enterprises and autonomous from Alicante through Cepym (Spanish Confederation for the Small and Medium Enterprises), will receive in a few days a firm new boost. This is the University of Alicante:  and the Vice President for Economic Affairs. The rector and the Vice Rector Manuel Palomar and Amparo Navarro signed on Wednesday a cooperation agreement with the president of Cepyme Cristóbal Navarro, to provide technical and scientific support to the cooperative project.

The UNIVERSITY OF ALICANTE will bring not only its knowledge and specializing  teachers in financial economics, but also specific master students that could do some kind of prior practice in the project preparation to be submitted in the coming months to the Bank of Spain and obtain the bank profile to the Ministry of Economy, which must give final approval to Denaria.

The credit union, whose idea was approved by the board of Cepyme Alicante:  earlier this year, just during the credit crunch that entrepreneurs and small businesses faced,  and continues meeting deadlines. Its imperators are preparing a gathering conference to which the political and economic leaders of the Community, including the Minister Bouquet Maximum Buch and Cooperative regional secretary, Rafael Miró, among others will attend.
